Welcome to OneThing. By using our service you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English · no lawyer speak.

The service

OneThing provides AI-powered idea ranking, roasting, and 7-day execution planning. The service is provided as-is. AI outputs are suggestions · use your own judgment.

Your account

  • You must be 13 or older to use OneThing
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure
  • You own your ideas · we don't claim any rights to what you create

Payments

  • Starter ($4.99): One-time payment, lifetime access to your first plan
  • Builder Pro ($6.99/mo): Monthly subscription, cancel anytime
  • Builder Pro Annual ($49/yr): Annual subscription, cancel anytime
  • Roast credits: One-time purchase, never expire
  • All payments processed securely by Polar.sh

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying on OneThing.

We offer refunds in these situations:

  • ✅ You were charged but never received access to the feature you paid for
  • ✅ A technical error on our side prevented you from using the service
  • ✅ You were charged twice for the same product

We do not offer refunds for:

  • ❌ Change of mind after accessing the product
  • ❌ "I didn't use it" · access was granted, the service was delivered
  • ❌ Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (AI outputs vary by nature)
  • ❌ Partial use of a subscription period after cancellation

To request a refund, email support@onething.work with: your account email, what you purchased, and why you're requesting a refund.

We review every request within 48 hours and respond personally. If your situation is reasonable, we'll make it right · no questions asked. We're a small indie product and your trust matters more than the money.

Cancellation

  • Cancel Pro subscriptions anytime from Settings → Billing → "Manage subscription on Polar.sh"
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
  • No cancellation fees ever

Acceptable use

Don't use OneThing to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
  • Create fake accounts or abuse the free tier

Changes to these terms

We'll email you if we make significant changes. Continued use after changes = acceptance of new terms.
